Weird experience last night

As mentioned in another thread, I used to be able to start the process of leaving my body very easily, but only ever ventured as far as a rocking sensation of moving horizontally backwards and forwards and slightly upwards. I have been unable to do any of the above for some time due to my sister asking her guide to block me from doing this as she had sensed that I was not ready. It must have worked as I have been trying now for nearly six months with no further success.

I tried again last night and ended up just falling asleep and then having two weird dreams..

In the first dream (if it was) I have left my body and I am standing upright but seem to be about 600mm from the floor. I then move forward and bump into the side of the bed, and then bump into the side of the door. It was at this point that I was woken with a jolt as panic had set in due to bumping into an object rather than pass through.

The second dream (if it was) I had begun to leave my body again but this time was pushed back down by a man of about 65 with straight almost shoulder length hair, he then proceeded to rub my head very hard and laugh at the same time. Again, at this point I woke with a massive jolt that made me sit up!

Any thoughts?

yes but you've got to bear in mind i'm only giving you my opinion here, first dream - you were out of body but the bumping disturbed you and sent you back in

2- man could be a guide or a relative, the rubbing of your head could be him trying to get you back in. from these two 'dreams' i'd say either the timing or your circumstances aren't quite right at the moment for you to persue this. leave it alone for a week or two and see what develops would be my advice.

i have only been 'out' briefly it is amazing, but 'don't run before you can walk'
i also was only allowed 'so far' it's almost as though they put you on a leash so you can't wander too far on your travels and it is travel.
from there point of view it must be like letting a child out for the first time alone and impose boudaries just as we would for our kids. hope this helps but do listen to the others' replies

I had further experience the night before last, in which I had another massive jolt and another heart beat that must have been racing way off the scale.
On this occasion when the jolt occurred, I saw a young man moving away from me and at the moment of the jolt, he looked back and gave me a warm and kind smile.

Between your kind words and the last experience, I have decided to leave this side of things alone for the time being as I felt the last occurrence was a kind way of saying that I am not ready and this young man had guided me back.
