chipped/ broken crystals

Hi Everyone :)

My daughter just chipped the end off one of my crystals banging it on the table :( just wondering if there is something that can be done... needs to be done to broken crystals. can you heal them and they are good as new?

It's okay that your crystal was chipped. There's nothing really that you can do that'll undo the damage.
However, this doesn't mean that the crystal doesn't still have the ability to be a useful tool or companion. The only thing that's really changed is it's appearance. It's why even chip beads from stones and crystals, tiny as they are, still have the energy of the crystal or stone (because that is what they are, just small in size). Nothing at all wrong with them.

If its just a display/decorative crystal, regular arts and crafts glue usually holds the pieces back together nicely, and you probably wont notice it after awhile.

I would say don't worry about it. If you think about it, most crystals were broken off of a larger piece of crystal so most crystals are technically already broken by the time you buy it

I know glue us a poison, but lots of crystals are glued. Remember the episode on Prospectors were the amazonite family glued those huge pieces together and then fetch hundreds of thousands of dollars for them? All legal.

I have bought enough crystals to notice some have been glued and them polished smooth .

And I have glued a few crystals too. But I would never resell them.
