Can nightmares drain your energy?

The night before i had a awful dream, i felt allot of emotions and kept waking up and falling back into the same dream.
Since then iv been feeling drained, i have tense headaches especially between the brows, feeling dizzy and unbalanced, cant find the energy to focus or move about.
Last night i felt like i was floating whilst trying to tidy up and a urge to be sick but couldnt. Same thing tonight too.
Been feeling buzzing vibrations the same as when my spirit guides are near but no communication.
I feel like my energy is stuck in two realities trying to transition.

Anyone have idea whats up?

May i ask if you have been doing anything different as of late, when it comes to your meditation routines? I get the feeling that you have changed something. Perhaps how you meditate?

The reason i ask this is i have had this happen to me as well, it made it very difficult to focus, and i found that grounding myself, even though difficult, helped me a great deal.
