Energy shooting into & from fingers
A new experience for me - a few months ago, I had the urge to put my hands out - as I did, I felt roots - similar to activating my root chakra - shoot from my fingertips into the Earth. It was amazing.
Then, a few weeks ago, it changed. After having a few back to back spirit encounters, I again put my hands out - with different results. This time I was grounded through my root chakra and my hands were connected up to the universe. I felt powerful sparks coming into me from many divine beings - the energy rapidly & continually zinging through my body and out through my Root chakra into Mother Earth.
It seemed to last 5 minutes by was probably less. I believe I got some sort of divine healing?
Thoughts? Anyone experience anything similar?

Not sure what I should say, yes it is a simple process, either extending one's energy into the earth trough the feet, or pulling earth energy up through the feet. Using the palms of the hands in either direction, the top of the head.
There are many reasons and purposes why and how to us it.
