Does the music you have stored on your MP3 player affect your energy?
I've noticed that when I 'cleanse' my library and only keep songs I view as necessities, I feel so much better. But when I have more songs and less quality, I can feel my energy level depleting.
Is there a reason for this? If music has energy not exactly compatible with my own, would just storing it on my iPod be a detriment?
Thanks for your help :)

Interesting question. When I listen to music I like I feel my energy flow and synch with it. I resonate with it. If I don't like it I find it grating and causing a friction. A dis-harmony. Everything has its own beat or internal rythem and frequency. So it would be easy to see how music could upset this. If we're listening to music we dont really like or feel we are not in synch with, it could make us feel out of synch and lower our own vibration/frequency. Equally music can help us express emotions. I have a good friend and he always listens to such angry music. One day he told me he was feeling irritable and angry alot but he didnt know why. So I told him to stop listening to Slipknot lol. It worked. He added other positive music to it. Also music has a very literal and huge effect on our neurotransmitters - the signaling and messengers in our brains that effect how we think and feel. I think when we synch with music it raises our energy, because when we are in synch with everything, we are totally present, and moving with it, totally flowing with our experience. Theres is no resistence there. Nor grasping. Thats why music is IMO, the best meditation. I think this is why I feel really drawn to getting a drum!
