I love baked potatoes because it's easy clean up!

Pulled pork sandwiches and chicken patties from the frozen food section. I would have preferred a nice home cooked meal..

I did get my snow day today (woke to 1/2 inch of ice covering everything...now it's all melted and bright sunshine!) so I had the time to make a big pot of split pea soup for dinner tonight. After the gym I'm coming home to make some cheddar/garlic biscuits. Love winter comfort food

chedder and garlic biscuits - I'm so on my way.

i had vegetarian sausages - mushroom and tarragon and the biggest amount of broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots.

I've got a huge bar of 80% chocolate in the fridge but it's not going to be opened tonight at least.

Vegetable soup with tons of veggies, I can't stop at one bowl.
Muileag, I'm interested in your split pea soup...I also make it and was curious about your version of it.

Cheater bean and ham soup, and Indian fry bread. Tasty and takes about 45 minutes start to finish, if you know how to pace your timing.
