My heart Chakra struggling

Hi, I don't practice any chakra work but since two/three years ago, after a painful breakup and letting go, i have start having this discomfort/weird sensation in my heart chakra. In its beginnings it felt like shaking my chest and was uncontrollable. I even though I need to see a doctor. But soon realized was energy related. this shaking in my chest has slow down over time. However, I still do get this heavy--pulling feeling in my heart chakra area, time after time, like today, that makes me weak and pass out in a nap at any time of day. I need to hold a pillow tight in my chest at that moment as it feels like i need to fill an empty space or something. i don't know what this is. what my body is telling me ? I do get this mostly when i am super sensitive or sad/melancholic.
I wonder if this is telling me that my heart chakra can't open, or is blocked and probably i need to do something about it. Any opinion or advice is much appreciated.

What's going on could be something to do with your heart chakra but I would recommend that you see a doctor to eliminate any physical problems

As Jenny Crow said, def see the doctor as the first port of call.

There could be a number of issues, but best to rule out physical issues in the first instance.

Also, have you tried any grounding exercise? This can be very very powerful in steadying energies.

I can see spirits and I can also tell you that she was a very sad person. She roams around and causes the heart of the people that have had breakups to feel desperate and forlorn? Your broken heart sorrow becomes intensified at certain times..Today her hold should be lessened.

Thank you Belle ! I do grounding exercise and i know it helps. I usually get my bike and run around the city after this kind of feelings, and do feel better right after.
And Thank You Loved !! It's interesting you said that and i do believe in this. Someone else that has done a birth reading and purpose in this life, told me that my life's lesson is "LOVE" :) which it is a very difficult one. And yes, I had lots of hurts till know from love. But I am still keeping my faith high. And you are right it comes and goes at certain times. You said you see spirits and this is soo cool. did you mean you saw mine too? and yes I do feel better today. Love and Light D

Yes it is a question of Love, but it is also a question of Trust.
How do we learn to trust that which causes us pain? There's only ever one thing for it. We transcend each pain with Love. More of the same thing which hurts, and that is its own medicine! Strange isn't it?
You may not be able to love the particular thing/person which has caused the pain. But turn your love to some other thing/person/passion/creature -whatever, until you learn it can be trusted, and will bring joys as well as pain.
With trust, gradually the love will get bigger than the pain.

Thank You Tobi ! YES I have been thinking that I have lost trust in humans and it reflects in me preferring isolation from the world. I know i have to work in this.

Hello DelilahD, no, I did not mean I can see your spirit. Guess it is possible I have seen your spirit but don't know what you look like. I meant I do see all sorts of spirits and do see the spirit that is causing our pain to intensify when it is near us.
