I used to believe in ambitions
Now I see it differently
My searching and longing for next road to take
Not an ambition
It is trying to read my internal road map
To figure out my next destiny
Written by my soul.

Standing at yet another crossroad
Each crossroad
A step up from the last
As if I am climbing up
More difficult than last
To analyze this map....
Universe just hit me again
Scarier than the last..
Reminding me
To step up, to continue
Deep breath
Have to figure this out...
Help, help, help, SOS

Notre Dame,
My dearest
One of kind masterpiece
My amazement of your magnificent
Will never cease....
Your beauty, your spirit
Forever etched in my memory...
You will never be lost... in me.

Yes, that is sad news, then again Notre Dame has some history!!

They will rebuild it again, God will watch, bemused?

Such passion for these sticks and stones held together by something deeply divine and rather historic!

Yes, It ll be rebuilt... but without the spirit of the original builders and their absolute trust in their God.
850 yr ago, those people had very different views of this universe, of their God, and of humanity. They were so innocent.
I felt their unquestioning passionate love for their God as soon as I stepped into the Notre Dame for the 1st time. I was so touched by it.
It was unexpected emotion since I initially expected to be just an another tourist attraction.
I 'll go visit ....if and when it is rebuilt...

Good points..

I think the divine spirit is ageless as we find our ways to express her. I love to visit all sacred temples, they have a pull, almost magnetic for me.

But also for may, no doubt.

Yep. Those places pull most of us, including me.
We seek answers thru divinity. We try to connect to the spirit of those who also have struggled with the same inner quest.
As humans, we always associate thru physical realm. Hence we build those temples, cathedrals, shrines, etc...
Whenever I travel to foreign countries, I go to those religious/spiritual places where the locals worship their God and/or try to connect to their spiritualities.
Thru the essence of those places, I get the sense of the local cultures and people.

BTW, I just watched A Fortunate Man, Danish with English subtitle through Netflix.
Very well done. You will enjoy it. It is about a man's struggle with himself, his connections with others especially with his father, and with his spirituality.

At the end.
It will never be about you or about me
Not even about us as together
It will and always has been
About our existence and continuation
In this universe... and everything encompassing in it
Hence, there will and never be winner or loser
As it has always been as should be
Regrets are for the blindness of it
Every step, every moment, every darkness, every enlightenment
As should be...
Trust in that
As these are the truth... nothing else is..
