Hello! Reikiholic/Starseed/Goofball here :)
Hi everybody,
I go by Atma and I've been into spirituality my whole life since my parents are psychologists with a thing for Carl Jung. :) Things changed a lot when I went through some trauma in college, but since really working through it I started to notice my inner sensitivities to the messages all around us from Spirit. It's just an undeniable feeling recognizing all the support and truth in our Universe!
I'm here to chat and learn more about Reiki, energy healing, shamanism, life balance, hermetic philosophy, animal/E.T. communication, psychic exploration, mental health, etc.!
One of my biggest goals is to work through triggers of social anxiety to start integrating my spiritual learning and growth into my life through connections to others and community. :)

Welcome, atma re...you might run over to youtube, and do a search as well, on Teal Swan...she has a wonderful approach to what she calls "Shadow Work", which includes "triggering" behavior.
