How to get started again?
How to get started again?
I was attuned on reiki 1 and 2 two years ago though i didnt have the chance to practice it. I want to learn and explore it again... though i don't know where to start. Please help. Thank you.

I'd "restart" by rereading the reading material you were given during the class just to re-familiarize yourself with it. Then simply practice by doing reiki on yourself or by doing distance reiki.
If there's a reiki share near you, go to it when you feel comfortable with the idea.
And remember you can't do harm by doing it. There's no doing it "wrong".

Re-read your manuals and re-do your 21 day cleanse, to get back into practice. Do distance healing and work on plants and animals and of course, yourself.

A timely thread for me too, thanks for posting :) The 21 Day Cleanse is a great idea. I think I will touch base with the practitioner who attuned me too.
