Hello
Pink Quartz is very sensitive to sunlight and will fade in direct light. It is a rare gemstone so its not usually made into jewelry ext. It grows hexagonal crystal patterns, in close clusters.

There is rose quartz? I dont know why it didnt showed on google.
I bought citrine, but rose quartz resonates more with me definetly

I was driving in the mountains of CO one winter...pulled over at a house with lots of minerals for sale...
around Salida.
Not too many tourists at that time ...haha...I bought 100 pound
rose quartz for $25!!! LOL....how funny is that.
It's such a soft stone...I moved after 5 yrs and broke off about 8-10 pounds, (by accident!)
Hahaha, oh I laugh  ....I gave it to a friend for her garden.
8 pounds is way bigger than a coffee can.  Oh my...just a fun story.

My rose quartz had me wake up in the middle of the night once, and asked me to rub it all over my face. It makes me feel very loving, giddy, and happy. Sometimes very soothing. At that time in my life, I was once again hiding my true feelings for a man, and could not show my vulnerability to this person, the stone was very active at that time.
I think it will be different for all in a generalized way, if that makes sense?
