Anything by Dilgo Khentse Rinpoche - i just loved his book Enlightened Courage and i always take something from these most blessed teachings!

My favorite Buddha teaching is----"All suffering begins with attachments"...

If you would prefer listening, Pema Chodron's books on tape are remarkably healing for me as I struggle with my own ups and downs emotionally. Good Luck. Mindy
