You could always set the intention for it to heal the chakra it is associated with. In doing that anything wrong associated with that chakra should also be healed. Certain ailments though require certain stones for best results. For example I have nerve damage in my right hand resulting in neuropathy (I was attacked by a dog) Blue quartz is used for this ailment. Though I may have issues associated with that chakra there is another cause for my hand. The chakra issues may make it worse, but either way my hand is still numb.

It's funny you mentioned it makes chakra issues worse, I have a few minor ailments come up I noticed since I started doing crystal meditations, slight heart chakra symptoms like it was expanding but makes sense to me.

Not that it makes it worse, but heals it. As it gets drawn out though it may feel worse than it did before you started because that is part of the process. When I started meditating I got the strangest sensations in the beginning at one point it felt like someone had pulled a cord and jerked my torso up off the bed like a twitch it was incredible. As I meditate with an orgonite disk that I made on my 6th chakra with my eyes closed I looked up and I could see white energy spiraling into my head. SMH anyways crystals really do help and in some of the most amazing ways.
