Anyone with experience and good advice how to approach and release past life stuff ,is it just the same format of accept ,love ,release...

Often if I'm having problems with something or duality ,ill see a half dozen olden day zombie looking in grey ,figures in my left side of spirit ,who are they I wonder and how can I say goodbye to them for good , the above usually works ,just wondering why its the same picture....

Actually who know its probably not even past life stuff ,just Jungian psycho stuff that Ive created somewhere along the way ,its more like heads actually from the torso up and they are like looking up with suffering as though they are trapped ,tortured souls ,poor things ,having some crazy release thing happening now Ive brought them further too the light...man that was so cool my left brain filled with energy compacted then just released them somehow and belching too ,weird and wonderful world of spirit energy....

if it was passed life stuff and the same picture kept coming up I'd think you hadn't released it yet... But as you say, it could be anything :)

interesting what you say about bringing them to the light. Do you think there's a difference between helping to bring 'strange' souls (i.e. not you) towards the light, as opposed to bringing dark constructions in your own soul towards the light? Could be the same mechanism? (just some random thoughts, I have no answers to these questions, but would like to know :)
