OK I was scared with what happened today.
I was walking at home and suddenly I stopped and my head started to make 2-3 rotations in one sense and in the other sense. Then tipping backwards (like in the video :

It happened twice during the day. My eyes tend to roll backwards before that and boom it happens ! I control absolutely nothing.
I would be f*** scared if I didn’t read a few months ago that it is perfectly normal in the Kundalini process, we start to release and balance energies like this.
Do you experiment that also??
Also these days I am very very tired, exhausted, and very clumsy. I feel myself not really here but in between 2 dimensions. It’s weird!
