Hi just wondering im ok in sending messages.. or sending energy love.. but unsure how to receive messages???

also im unsure how to stop projecting my thoughts??? example i would think that a person would look attractive saying it in my head .. and that same person would look around and look at me ?? but when i do think it it seems to ignite a warm or glow sensation in my chest area?? any ideaas?? is this a form of telepathy??

Yes this is a form of telepathy that is quite common actually.

Now what we think about will be sent out almost as clearly as what we speak about. Which is why they often say that being mindful of our thoughts is important.

We receive messages with our intuition. Many of us do not practice listening and applying what our intuition suggests to us with our inclinations. The more we ignore it or discount it the weaker it becomes. For some of us it has almost vanished.
