Any activity where the breath is controlled such as ballet, martial arts, woodwind instruments etc has the potential to take us into altered states of consciousness.

Indeed. Anyone who has tried rebirthing will also probably have experienced the power of guided breathing to take us into an altered state.

I strongly believe everyone should try below listed breathing techniques

Breathing Exercises to Relax

a, Equal Breathing
b, Abdominal Breathing
c, Progressive Relaxation
d,Alternate Nostril Breathing
e,Skull Shining Breath
