From where does it arise?

From where does the "I" arise in each of us?

I feel, the "I" in each of us can take on different forms. Like "I" want. "I" can, "l" believe. All 3 "I's" have different meanings and intentions. We can't forget "I" feel. Where do all of them come from?? Our environment and our soul.

There is "I" as my inner-self before incarnating.

There is "I" as the awake-me, when I am awake.

There are multiple "I" as the dream-me, in my dreams and daydreams.

There are multiple "I" form my previous incarnations.

There are multiple probable "I" from my pondering on choices to make.

All of them are focuses of attention of my entity / awerenss "I".

‘I’ as in identity or as in infinity?

The inquiry requiring an instrument for investigation

If the instrument be limited in range and capacity, as is thought, the truth eludes us

Who am I?

Let’s ask Ramana

Meanwhile, we recognise that the real “I” is that that is self existent and without limitation.

As humans,we feel the inherent need to attach to something, something tangible and something that holds some meaning.

What if we don't.

I agree. It's easier for us to attach to something physical or a physical way of thinking then it is spiritual. But there really very different.

Yes it is. We live in the physical world, our souls are in the spiritual world. It's a challenge combining both.
