Mired in old patterns of stuporous stagnation
Addicted to desires borne of ego precipitation
Fear of freedom keeping us to narrowness bound

Methinks the rot has set in deep
Blocking bliss to osmotically seep

There exists no blueprint
There are as many affirmations
As there are meditations
Each unique
So how may we seek ...
Ascension about joy expansion
So we may begin by shunning contraction
It is then we discover
That love alone is real and all else lower
So simple
Employing heart we rest thoughts nimble ...
Nestled in thought free awareness
Silence of rippleless stillness
We are quiet and yet we sense movement
Rising magnetism bringing bliss contentment
In resistanceless acceptance we allow
Scent of the elixirous divine nectar follow ...

Do we merely wish to intellectually know
About bliss divine grace does bestow
Are we empty enough so as to be overjoyed
When plunged into darkness of the void
Or do we actually yearn to be to become
With the source of divine bliss one
Are we consumed by ego centric sentiment
Or do we become one with ॐ when silent

Rising elation quite natural during expansion
Why not then equanimous during contraction
If all happenings be for spherical soul experience
Why then does arise even a tremor of turbulence
We imagine consciousness centred and at rest
But the Universe has its own teasing way to test
Stirring elements that impact mind body combine
To verify how well with the divine pulse we align

We look around and see
Self imprisoned souls yearning to be free
Yet bound by maya limitation
Lie asleep in their own fearful imagination
Resting thought ego begot
Shifting fulcrum to the heart which we forgot
Rekindling the flame of love within
Vaporising identity we become blissfully sanguine
The only challenge we face
Is habits & ferality of old that we need to deface
If we choose to drop our bag of grief
Rapturous divine bliss gives us permanent relief
Here & now
