Seing energy not sure why or what do to do. Any help?

Hi guys
So basically I see a mist like energy all the time if I wanted too, it’s basically when I relax and take a moment to unwind.
Normally if I look at the walls I will sometimes see a mist that moves in the same way water moved on a pool. Actually to be more specific when the sun reflects from a pool you see on the reflection the moving waves that’s what it starts out like but Smokey misty version. Then I will see the smoke/mist come into the room and move around in different areas. At this point I sometimes see brilliant flashes and I see beautiful colors, the same colors that I see in my mind when meditating.
I’m not sure what this is about and how I should proceed.
Can anyone offer any help?

Nothing is as it seems to the normal 3d view of life.
Sometimes its not about what your seeing but more about the ability to see more than what our normal view/normal vision will see. Opening in the way you are able and doing, is showing you more, so you are expanding a bigger view of seeing reality beyond what is there.

Your already proceeding. Your process is showing you, your questioning brings to light more through each view offered. Sometimes you might need to know what it all means, other times it shifts and changes itself through your own process.

The best thing to do in this situation is to Trust. The more you trust the easier and better it gets. It can often take time to trust in what you see.

I see like waves of energy, so not a mist as such. If I relax enough I can see 'the air between' if that makes sense? Relaxing the eyes is a little like looking at magic eye pictures - you kind of look 'through' rather than at.

What the energy actually is, I do not know :)
