The English composer Steven Price has done some pretty amazing soundtracks so far, winning the Academy Award for the film Gravity.
His score for the WWII film Fury, is my favourite. Although I've yet to watch Baby Driver, that has a Rotten Tomatoes approval rating of 93%. I'm sure the soundtrack plays a large part in such a high rating.
His use of reversing audio clips and side-chaining swirls and swells are a prominent mark throughout his soundtracks.
