I'm noticing things, especially numbers (11:11, 12:34, also a lot of mirrored numbers 12:21 4554. These are just examples), also last few nights I've had little to no sleep, mostly just dozing.

So numbers, meh, so many all the time, and never hurt anyone. Nice to see you have an affinity with animals. It's always been part of me too. No need to read anything into it, and all the imaginary 'spiritual stuff' is only stressing you out anyway.
