Hi daisy,
I'd recommend obtaining a black onyx ankle bracelet for cramp as the black onyx crystal works very well with any kind of foot problems. It also has the added benefit of giving a person more self-confidence and helps to align a person with the higher powers - better able to feel and see guidance.
Another way would be to obtain a black onyx crystal and place it at your Root Chakra.
I am sure other members will also be able to offer alternative and/or complementary suggestions.

Hi Daisy
Just a thought what is your salt intake like, do you take too much without realising it, do you smoke?

Hi daisy- I've found that many physical problems have roots in our emotions. Cramping like you describe could have something to do with standing up for yourself or being in an uncomfortable situation...did something happen recently that left you feeling emotionally upset? A confrontation with a family member or coworker? (you don't have to answer here, if you don't want) Just food for thought.
in love and light,
roo

Cramps can indicate a magnesium defiency, so it would be well worth taking a good supplement or making sure you have high levels in your diet. Leafy green veg (cabbage, kale), wholegrains, soya beans, avacado, pumpkin seeds and almonds are all good sources. I hope you find some relief soon.

Hey Daisy
I suspected so I think it may be your body telling you that enough is enough & giving you a reminder asking, expecting you to take a little more care of it giving you a little nudge lol .

Hi Daisy,
I agree with Moonflower, more TLC is needed for yourself.
