One consideration is asking the computer a question which does give any one an answer. It could be asked, "What does mankind need to know most?", and computer might say something like, "You need to know yourselves" (I'm not saying that is the question or the answer to it. It's just an example).

Another consideration is asking the machine an open question, like, "Please tell us about man's relationship with God." This is more like a request than a question, and requires an elaborate answer than something like, "is there a God"? (Again, just an example).

Another consideration: knowledge in relation to good and evil. The machine, itself devoid of intent and therefore incapable of either, will simply reveal the answer to the question asked. Man, being a creature of intent, is left with the ethical dilemma, and we have learned through history that any knowledge can be turned toward beneficial or harmful ends depending on the intent of those utilising it. Indeed, the mere opportunity presented to know not only know something, but anything, will itself arouse tremendous 'lust to know', for ultimately, the known is all man has to cling to.

Perhaps Apple computers understand lust and knowledge. They present the symbol of not just an apple, but an apple bitten. As Apple's Jean-Louis Gassee said: "One of the deep mysteries to me is our logo, the symbol of lust and knowledge, bitten into, all crossed with the colors of the rainbow in the wrong order. You couldn't dream a more appropriate logo: lust, knowledge, hope and anarchy".

There apple logo was an infringment on Beatles Apple records and they had to they were in negotiations for years.

...."With billions of dollars in revenue at stake, it seemed a given that cooler heads would eventually prevail, and they did -- although as we previously reported, it took quite awhile for the lawsuit to work itself out.

...In fact, although the Apples would officially kiss and make up in 2007, with a settlement that included Apple Computer purchasing Apple Corps' trademarks and licensing them back, it wasn't until October 2012 that they finally squared away ownership of the logo.

..."We love the Beatles," Apple Computer founder Steve Jobs said following the settlement. "And it has been painful being at odds with them over these trademarks. It feels great to resolve this in a positive manner, and in a way that should remove the potential of further disagreements in the future."........
