So I've heard and I read.

I wait for your comments. I hope that there are others who have experienced bilocation.

My consciousness has been in more than one place simultaneously, if that counts. I've gone into objects and some living plants for example. During the experience I am aware of being in my body as well as the other object/living matter.

I don't think I was on a different plane. I did it by basically willing it to happen. At first I'm just imagining or visualizing my consciousness moving to the intended destination. But there is a noticeable difference from that when my individual consciousness has successfully entered the other location and it is not imagination anymore.

I'm not able to do this whenever I want to. Most of the time it doesn't work. I have noticed that it works best when I am physically healthier and not stressed out. I think this can be called a kind of Shamanic Journeying.

During a non-dual experience I am aware of being everything/everywhere.

Interesting topic.....I think that we often do this when we are daydreaming, or zoning out as some people describe it.....we are here but somewhere else as well......spirit, being total energy can, of course, be in many places at the same time.....and as we are spirit as well, why not?

I think that ''being in 2 or more places at the same time'' is one of the spiritual powers/gifts.
