I read this somewhere on Google, i don't remember who was the author. It's pretty interesting and more down on earth rather than these "too much new age" sites where they claim, with TF there is NO karma. So... why twins have their lowest times?They need to clear karma in my opinion. That is true, i'm experiencing it. Everyone has a different TF experience by the way. When they are at their lowest, TFs could also question the connection, at their highest (usually for short times until they don't balance and change more) they confirm there is something odd and special about this connection.
I think it's like some drama movies, usually soulmates meet but they always obstacled by everyone and everything... parents don't approve, new lovers cut the ties or start drama/not true rumors, etc... TFs could experience similar things, of course not movie drama level but similar.

That is very interesting. This is actually what I experienced... I separated from my love, because I knew I had "promises to keep" (soul contracts I assume about releasing karma) and then met a karmic partner. I don't think there is an order to these things, as I know another who met her karmic partner before meeting her twin flame. I think it all depends on what we planned out before incarnating. But heck, what do I know.

I met too a karmic soul after TF but we separated positively since i wasn't attracted, in love. Stuff happen in random order ?Unfortunately this separation is very hard because i go from being good and ok to sadness sometimes (physical sickness too, maybe related to kundalini), especially if i hear stuff concerning his karmic connection. I shared also that connection with him before but due to understanding the true nature of that person , i had to broke. Me and him we have a big karmic debt with that person, maybe .

Yes, when Kundalini is blowing open our chakras it can catalyze powerful and rapid purging, which affects the body. Nausea and even vomiting is common. Also, strong emotions can make you feel sick. Yes i had also nausea !In the morning of yesterday i had also a pain sensation from heart and solar plexus chakra, i woke up feeling sluggish but later boom, i felt a strong headache and flu like symptoms!It's a long time i hadn't that, now i feel also the residual depression of the kundalini effect and the usual neck small pain but i feel way better that i worked out a bit .Yes, it's the separation that purges sometimes these feelings, usually i'm very good or just ok but kundalini rises .Self love is the secret, yeah!It's weird i had all this during my birthday, i also dreamt of a old wise woman (dressed like uhm... native american??) that just stared at me.
