What can you do against rheumatism or something similar?
Hello friends!
My girlfriend is having some problems with her knee joint and her elbow joint.
Is it because fluid builts up in those joints, because there is an infection or something in her joints.
They say its something rheumatic but they cant see that in her blood.
The only solution the doctors have are some medicines that are pretty bad for your body, they cause things like thin hair and bad skin.
Some other people say that you can try to eat healthy, and especially dont eat to much fat.
I think that it has alot to do with stress and how you think, it gets worse if she's having alot of stress.
Do you guys know some things to try, maybe reduce it or even cure it?

She might want to try Bragg apple cider vinegar w/the mother ...
It's raw, organic, unfiltered & unpasteurized as well as far more effective than regular apple cider vinegar ...
It's sold at Wal-mart for $6 ...
I, also, use it for fibromyalgia ...
I drink 2tbls mixed Propel flavored water; she might want to start w/1tbl mixed w/her drink preference ...

Stress is a factor in most every physical issue, yes. Anyway: anti-inflammatory foods and herbs, and acupuncture. That's how I deal with my joint issues. And acupuncture actually did cure my back issue 100%, that was two years ago and it hasn't come back. I now have a joint pain issue with my arm, I wasn't able to lift it above my shoulder. After five acupuncture sessions, it is 90% healed. Also, a small massage pillow with heat works wonders, they're $80 online.

The enzyme in pineapples is good for joints it's called Bromelaine, polyphenols in Grapes or Green tea, or even Tart Cherry juice, Cats Claw, Aloe vera,Flax Seeds/Chia/olive oil ALAs and EFAs are great! Glucosamine Chondrite,Tumeric. Soaking in Epsom salt and taking warm baths with Lavendar infused salts for aromatherapy is good for stress and muscle joint relaxation! Nature has so many splendid natural healing remedies! Don't be deterred research can be fun because all these herbs,oils,seeds and supplements have so many more affects like anti inflammation, anti oxidant support, heart and brain health!! Herbs can be great companions! But always ask your doctor if it's okay to take with your medications, I can't tell you to go cold turkey but I do advise searching in natural remedies that work with the body!
