the basics of this reading are this.

1) Ace of Stones - Foundation of Life (Ace of Pentacles)
2) Blasted Oak 16 (Tower)
3) 8 of Vessels - Rebirth (8 of Cups)
4) Forest Lovers 6 (Lovers)

You felt blessed with the start of something that felt gifted from the God(s)
That, forces beyond your control (another person) toppled that all down and ruined it all.
You know you crave more. want more than what you get and have right now and you are at a point of wanting to leave it behind and see if there could be something more elsewhere.
You love what you know, but it offers nothing of what you need. You know you must choose to leave behind what you feel you know and have as it is no longer sustaining you the way you need.

Thank you, although I am not sure about the leaving it behind. It is in the past, so not part of my life anymore.
Were you still talking about him with that last bit? I'm not certain how to interpret it. As it is and I read it, it doesn't really resonate when it comes to him.
The first part, yes.
Thank you!

Thanks for your feedback & help! Appreciate it. Thank you for the hug!! (Oh, that 5-image-limit in these forums, hihi)

Just received my Wildwood Tarot deck. First thing I noticed going through the cards is how some quite strongly resemble Rider Waite deck, but others are totally different. I think the only way I'll be able to read this deck is to disregard the traditional tarot meanings and just use the imagery.

Am going to do the three card Pathway Spread reading that's in the book to "break" the deck in. Very exciting!

I disregard traditional RWS completely. That's why I love this so much :) Takes you away from the -often limiting- default stuff that comes up in your brain.
If you can resonate with the imagery you can go incredibly deep with this deck.
Try the Ancestor. Although... not sure if you know of Elen of the Ways. I believe it mentions it in the book with that card. I love Elen of the Ways! Very old British goddess/deity. Very little is known about her, her energy is very elusive, and she only shows herself to people who are truly ready for it. It is a very deep energy.
She's connected to deer (I believe esp / originally reindeer). THose had tracks they always used, as did / does Elen. She's Keeper of the Ways, in a sense also leylines as these are also tracks.
There's some info on her in the book if memory serves. But I LOVE that card, although at first it was a bit odd. I'm not too keen on animal cards, hihi. Yet, with this deck it seems to work wonderfully. With some I read through the stuff in the book to get more of a feel for it, like the fox. Somehow I don't resonate well with foxes. Probably because of Lenormand Fox card. Immediate negative connotation.
Oddly enough Adder (King Wands) does speak to me, and quite well at that, even though there's Snake in Lenormand that I hate, hihi (Came up as 'the other woman' in readings about me & my now ex EVERY freakin time).

In any case, wishing you many beautiful readings with it.
