Does anyone know if earthing works on rocks? The rocks sit on top of soil. Thanks :)

Hi Vince. I have never heard of earthing, but rocks are earth.

Is earthing the same as grounding? I believe it's still effective on pavement just not as much, that's what I heard anyway. But natural rocks would be the same surely, your still directly in contact with nature, beaches are great for grounding, rivers etc too, I am pretty sure it doesn't need to be soil. Get your shoes and socks off and try :)

Being barefoot on any surface is healthier than wearing shoes! Better for your foot muscles, blood flow, nerve function, and skin breathing. As long as the ground isn't frozen or filthy with feces. I'm sure different types of stone, soil, and sediment beneath the feet all have slightly different biochemical effects, but nothing mainstream science would acknowledge. Just keep your feet well-oiled like good soft tough leather!

You can ground on rocks and concrete/sidewalks as long as there is earth under them. you cannot ground on asphalt.
