Need to quit smoking ASAP!

Hey everyone!

I'm not a really HEAVY smoker but I'm like half a pack a day--sometimes more or less

I have to stop and its alittle harder then I expected. I've been smoking for about five years. I think stopping totally for a few days will be good because I loose the craving by then. Its just I have a routine and I'm struggling alittle to stay away.

Any suggestion? Maybe some type of detox??? I don't know, I just don't want any pills or gum lol

The basic approach is rewiring the mind to distance itself from the need to smoke. It systematically knocks away all the props that keep you wanting to smoke. Aint technology da bomb homegirl ......we will rebuild him .....better, stronger, Bigger .....hi faith Spike Milligan went into a coma for 2 weeks once & gave up smoking that way....maybe do that...now Squatch if you also think Spike is da man I'm booking my ticket
