Not practices exactly...just approach the meditation and or prayer with the person you need to forgive
at the forefront of your mind....sincerely ask for aid in forgiving.

What can happen...
and may take some time is...you may see the person's situation and traumas that may have caused them to do 'something'.

Your heart will soften when you see what they have been through.

Or God may surprise you as He did me, when I was shown that person was acting
in accordance to an agreement we made to teach me something this life.

Nothing comes to us for no reason...we must approach so many things with humility ...as in ...''What is this teaching me Lord*?
Why did I myself draw this person into my life to do such a thing?"

*(Universe, Goddess....whatever you relate to.)

OR, ha, the non-dualistic approach is always, "There is no them..there is only me...why did I want to learn this hard lesson?"

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Try Ho’oponopono

From the heart!

When you are able ...

To bless your ‘enemy’

There remains no need to forgive

As Unseeking Seeker says, try Ho'oponopono.

This practice is based on accepting that we are responsible for all that manifests in our lives. So if we face a stressful situation then we seek forgiveness and we practise forgiveness for whatever we might have done to create this situation.

It is very simple but the results can be astonishing.

Peace.

i have a spirit attachment and it will not leave. The one thing i have not tried is to forgive it. I don't think he has ever been forgiven for anything he's done, and it's complex interacting with it as it exists near me all the time. (No salt, spell, sage, angel, so on and so forth has swayed it whatsoever... and i am sure this is not an aspect of myself. I have audio of it...)

I want to forgive it and transcend its grasp.

That brings in a new dimension
Out of my depths
But I have seen
Powerful mediums, channels
Adepts actually
Connected to the Universe
Through Buddha like consciousness
Actually awareness absolute
Communicating
And helping such entities to exit
For that is what it too wants
Peaceful Exit

Meanwhile
The only practical suggestion
Is that
Try not feeding it
With fear
Look at it
Accept that it is there
Resonating higher
If you can
But ignore it nonchalantly
Doable if you do
With divine assistance

What does this mean?

Does indefinable mean that he or she would never forgive anyone for anything? Or does indefinable mean that he or she does not believe in the power of forgiveness to set us free?

So we should hold on to our grievances against anyone whom we consider to have insulted us or harmed us in any way? And we should never forgive ourselves for all the mistakes we have made in our life? Hmmm - not a recipe for a happy life.

Peace.

There is a 'disk of people' meditation, I can't remember the name of it.

once you're settled into a standard meditation, you go through each circle in your life. starting with yourself, then working out to family, friends, distant friends, acquaintances and eventually to enemies and those who find a place of hate in you.

and for each section, you keep in mind that they were once babies and innocent, and that somewhere behind all they do in life and all their mistakes and qualities there is someone essentially innocent. If you can't do it for someone, just move on to the next person. No resistance.
