Self-liberation

Liberation from the confines of mind, has been tried for at least two millennia, and proven to be a Sisyphean task, as the respective undertakings tend to add to the complexity of mind.
Since the beginning of the twentieth century, mind is apparently able to liberate itself through Self-realisation.

Mind accumulates and transforms external/internal events - Self is the core of Mind

Mind should be at liberty to do as it will – will is the force of Self

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Mind over matter, some have that control. The mind can will what it want's but will have to live with it.

Mind over emotional suffering, some have that control.

Is the mind not about finding equilibrium... but what becomes stable?

What stabilizes the mind? The heart?

Mind seeing that it is part of something more than just mind?

Life like a mirror the reflection of life is taken in. Into something deeper than mind?

Consciousness, the seer comes to mind. It groans... from the heart.

It has wisdom the mind knows not, and yet together they grow in stature.

Through Trial and error...

I say you must become as cunning as wolves, but meek as sheep.

Can the mind bend around that thought?

He said..."Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents ... So be as cunning as snakes but as innocent as doves."

Anyway, what is addressed?

Mind is not something strange; it might be treated strangely, and even be mistreated, but these are symptoms of self-estrangement - after all mind is one-self.

Self-liberation: liberation from this self we continue to cultivate and create.

The mind realizes that which it creates. Is there a self that exist beyond mind? Beyond thoughts?

If mind is a microcosm and macrocosm the totality of microcosms, or minds, the macrocosm might have a self, a Point of View, or coordinate, as well.
