That's great to hear.. As healing starts with you.. And working on it in this life, even better. The next, you may not remember all of this, and may end back up in the same spot as you are now. So work to end the cycle in this life, to be free from it in the next.

I get the distinct impressions you have been avoiding the steps of grief (from your past lives). That is why you have so much depression...It is the buildup of much unprocessed grief from many lifetimes.

In past life regressions you will find your sorrow and unresolved grief. You will have to mourn your losses (it will be painful but also cleansing) as you were not able to or did not do previously.

Only after you have processed your losses can you move on and start afresh. It takes courage to process pain of this sort and I know you have it in you to tackle this huge obstacle. That is why you are here. You chose to be here.

It sound like you have a very supportive family. I don't know how spiritual they are but by you following through with the regression therapy and finally healing you will be teaching them some things they need to know. Things (on a subconcious level) they are hoping you will teach them.
