How your reptilian brain blocks love & TF reunion

Very interesting article that makes total sense on how our reptilian brain sabotages our quest for love and happiness.
It explains how that rept. brain is still programmed to spot and look for danger, and that that old programming is like running a new program of love and happiness on an old computer. It isn't compatible.
If it interests you, read it on the site, she explains it a lot better than I do. And no need to regurgitate something here.
Parts of the article (the bit on how to change this 'programming') ties in with Abraham Hicks, and possibly Eckhart Tolle.

I cannot link directly to it, forum rules on commercial stuff, so I'm sorry, you'll have to put in an effort yourself...

Google: hack your brain twin union
It should be the first link you see in Google. (twinflame1111).

If you cannot find it but want it, PM me, I'll send you the direct link.

An interesting article indeed! I’ve definitely thought of my brain as a saboteur these past several months. I know that my brain is skewed in perception, but I felt that was just something that came along with the ride. After all, whose used to unconditional love?

Overthinking especially can do tremendous damage to one’s state. I’ve gotten to the point where I feel physically ill every time my brain starts ramping up. That in and of itself, makes you not want to do anything! And, of course, the ruminating continues!

I’ll definitely have to try some of the techniques listed. It’s such a relief to know that you can train your brain to deal with your thoughts more effectively. I was
worried that I was the only one!

Glad you like it.
It does get easier to get to a place of feeling good with time and practice. But I still find it difficult to hold on to it all of the time. It's so easy to slip into doom scenarios again. I'm also not sure what the reptilian brain's role is in inner child traumas.
In any case, working with these exercises to reprogram the reptilian brain may be what I need right now :)

actually thats almost exactly what it is.except you dont need the acid....cos u replaced it with SPIRIT....ive known about a lot of this stuff for years, but when divine timing kicked in just over a year ago and we came together for the first time after 3 YEARS of circling each other and observing(we still havent even kissed yet by the way) we were still totally blown apart by the sheer depth of it.but i knew it was time.and if it happens tomorrow, next week, next year,10 years down the line it doesnt matter.we are totally within the dance.and its beautiful here.
