Astral projection in dark retreat
While staying in a dark retreat for several days has anybody experienced astral projection?
A dark retreat is a solo retreat in a space that is completely absent of light.

No I haven't done a darkness retreat.
But it makes complete sense, as sensory stimulation is lowered tremendously -especially for those who are visually-dominant. Also the brain chemicals change, and the solitude draws ever more inward.
Anything which withdraws from the outer, busy life, and the distractions of the personality and normal life could easily lead to a transfer of consciousness on to a more 'inner' level.

Is anybody aware of where there are some dark retreats. I found one in Guatemala but I am not sure I want to go there
