Compassionate actions towards living beings help, as does meditation. If I go through periods where I meditate more, like 2 hours straight I can feel happy and more content with my flaws, being able to accept myself. It can make me laugh all day without any reason.  |

I agree, so what you usually find on a personal level is not this .. and this why such a love comes and goes ..

Yup, and there's nothing wrong with love on a personal level, however it does make it a whole lot easier and gentler if one recognizes and accepts it for what it is. |
