Onward, Let's Dance!
Onward, Let’s Dance!
We stand together as Mankind
Upon a crossroads path:
With every step soul destiny’s
Been woven like a swath.
Silent within our moments
Are Victories of Light,
When we glimpsed
Love’s graceful state
Behind the curtaining night.
A favoring of choice always
Attends our every breath;
Do we for pure joy reach
Or, cling fast to some old dread?
It’s oh so subtle,
Yes, indeed,
The dual horizon within.
Shall we now claim our younity,
One in many kin?
Not to divide,
Instead to spin
Is evolution’s grace.
Have patience
And time’s Light will show
The Divine in every face.
Hold fast to your own joystick
And play your life with zest;
Reach out to one another,
Companions, we’re all blest.
The art of love unfolds new shapes
And old weakness rends its space.
Feel the joy you’re dancing on
Light’s Way to every place.
Breathe the dreams you cherish,
Be the Light and shine.
Heart in hand we’ll find each other
Dance partners, Soul Sublime.

Starflower, this is a magnificent poem that deeply inspires me. Likening spiritual evolution to dancing is an accurate metaphorical description because dancing and spiritual evolution contain rhythm, high musical vibrations, joyous expression and loving motion.
I especially love these lines: "Shall we now claim our younity, one in many kin? Hold fast to your own joystick, and play your life with zest....Breathe the dreams you cherish, be the Light and shine. Heart in hand we'll find each other, dance partners, Soul Sublime."

Thanks so very much, Explorer21! It's illuminating to play with the metaphor of dancing into our soul evolution. The elements of rhythm, vibration, joy and loving motion all deserve study by humanity. Lots of poetry waiting to be born there, too!

It is a dance of Light and of shadow.
A spinning from within that inner glow.
I breezed it's path in the utmost of surrender.
Felt like flight wandering in and out very tender.
A poem from one connected in Love.
A gem from the past fit me like a glove.

Drawing inspiration from Starflowers beautiful poem, the echo returns thus:
Inward, Let’s Dance!
As a collective whole
One loving soul
Our gentle consciousness correction
Makes meditation our orientation
Active is our inaction
Relying upon the divine for traction
Waiting not for imagined enablement
We radiate love in staid contentment
Lower mind rested
No ego cravings remain to be tested
Love our reflex instinct
As magnetism invisible yet distinct
No narrow thoughts that weigh & size
We delight in each pulse as surprise
As we embrace & hold & release
The pulse of life with ease
Recognition of ordained perfection
Identity offering no suggestion
As a divine entwined humble conduit
In childlike innocence we are resolute
Our arms open in loving embrace
Seeing Gods divinity in every face
Our agendalessness is aligned resonation
