nummi...is H2O2 Hydrogen peroxide? 3%?
It is commonly used for tooth whitening but I am unsure how safe it is for long term use. Can it make the teeth sensitive, or affect the gums or mouth flora negatively? I am always unsure of all the tooth whitening products....
My Grandad, who was a WW1 soldier and survived....told me once that brushing your teeth with soot helps to make them whiter! I was shocked! My mother said he told some tall tales sometimes....We shall never know because I didn't try it! LOL

My grandfather brushed his teeth with salt his whole life, even when toothpaste was indeed available. He lived to be 84 and not once did I hear him complain about a tooth ache.
Never tried it myself, but perhaps there's something there....

Ah! I brush my teeth with activated charcoal!
That so funny he did with soot!
I even use a brand made for toothbrushing...
I love it !
I quit smoking a few months back and used it to help whiten my teeth naturally along with coconut oil pulling and bought neem toothpaste...
I had so many problems with my mouth and teeth and now I've found a balance...feel healthier and look naturally whiter!
I think they knew what they were doing in the old days

Toms Fluoride Free has been working well for me. Started using it about 4 years ago and am still cavity free :)
