Yes so true, but with beverages we have a choice, with our water we don't, well in many ares around the world.

I went about 2 years avoiding tap water, drinking bottled water and I have to say there was a clear difference. Tap water which I drink now is disgusting IMO. I'm from the UK, practically the only country in Western Europe that Fluoridates the water.
