channeling meditation

i have a couple question about meditation and channeling.
i do a lot of visual meditation for channeling.
Sometimes i can see everything clearly, as if a movie is passing in front of my eyes, and sometimes I can not see anything - just a black screen... it is confusing me...
is it soppuse to be like that?

Is there anyone else here who communicates with meditation? I'd love to hear about methods for getting clear messages.
Many times i saw an aliens during meditation and i try to communicate with them and ask questions but i do not get answers, and when I get I feel that I am answering to myself...:/

What is a visual meditation for channeling?



I hear that some people experience mostly black when it comes to their minds eye, and some who experience almost constant clarity. There are many degrees inbetween where someone expeirences a mix of shadow and clarity.

Personally I'm almost all shadow. It's unfortunate because I would prefer to be able to see clearly, and to see what I desire (rather than being forced to observe random stuff). Thanks to meditation I can begin to see clearly and what I want to see, but it's difficult. It's good to know that over time I will be able to see more and more steadily, I just have to keep improving my skills of mental concentration.



As for communicating with the higher self. I don't really have a particular method that has worked well for me. Every method I've tried has slowly become less and less reliable. Either that, or I became more and more aware of how ineffective it was to begin with.

It seems like there are no reliable ways to communicate with the mystical essence of the universe (I call it higher self, it has many names). At least not in the forms of ritual or practice. It seems like the only way to be constantly in touch with the higher self is to be the higher self.

When you get a genuine message, it comes immediately, usually before you finish asking for it. If there's any delay, you most likely started inventing a message.

Empty your mind, ask your question, and take the immediate response without rephrasing, or adding anything to it! Later you can try to analyze it, but be careful not to degrade its meaning.

The messages I receive are always extremely concise, clear, and strikingly substantial. I usually don't get much visual, the answer just pops up: it isn't conveyed, I just know it, and, as I already mentioned: it often arrives before I finish formulating my question, which to me says that here my brain just translates the dialog that happens over there between my mind and the source of information.

Surely, there are times when the Q/A session goes smoothly, and times when I don't get anything. It depends of my state of relaxation / trance, and of my motivation.

Practice remote viewing. It will help open your visual communication channel, especially since you are already inclined to this talent. The book "natural remote veiwing" by Jon Noble is very helpful to learn this, and gives many practice examples. I got this on amazon Kindle, which is also available on smart phones. It also teaches you a bit of discernment, into which answers are imagination, and which are of spirit. Of course, remote viewing is not just for visual channeling, but includes all 5 senses.

Baro-San has a good point about the messages come quickly, sometimes before the question is completely asked, although I think they are referring to written or vocal channeling.

It look like vision its not meditation, its vision.
Please clear m channeling I am meditator but not to focus on visuals.
