Why does having a physical body make you stronger in the Astral World?
Why are we stronger than these beings in the astral realms, where does this belief come from? Anybody know the religion or culture that these facts stem from?

Energy is a lot denser here than on the astral planes (than most places actually). Even though you are supplying energy long distance (from the material), you have way more raw power compared to a same size astral body. Its one of the main reasons most energy sucking entities are from the astral (rich meal). The downside is that here its way harder to change reality with intent alone.
