the scene reminds me of a Popeye cartoon, where Swea'Pea was
climbing on girders, high in the air.

as a 'passerby' this scene probably doesn't involve anything you need to
concern yourself with. the idea in those popeye videos was that the innocence
of youth allowed swea'pea to do 'miraculous' things which the adults thought
fearful and hazardous. your dream had shown a new life as being more capable
in reaching higher elevations (spiritual levels?) than it's parents.

for you to have had this scene repeated is saying something significant for you.
your role in the dream seems to be mostly as 'observer', so it could be a signal
of some kind, like a landmark, telling you that you're on course.

i still have the sense that it's speaking of the innocence of youth allowing new(er)
life to make advancements that older energies find frightful.
the particulars of climbing on the outside of existing structures, and 'drain pipes'
specifically may have addition information within them... but i'm unclear on what.
