I don't remember exactly what was said. It's reconstructed from somewhat hazy memories. The memory resurfaced at 3 different points in my life, first was childhood, second in teens sometime and third time during adulthood. That's when I finally started taking it seriously but I lost so much detail I knew I had previously, kind of upsetting.

"Don't be afraid" sounds like something they might have said; the primary thing I am sure of though is that they stepped over to discuss my situation because I was so afraid. It's also strange because I've had social anxieties in life... has that always been part of my personality? I just want to be rid of it.
