I thought I was in my eyes (brain-head).
But today I have realized I'm not here in this physical body, I think our real mind (spirit-consciousness) is in a different dimension, and this physical realm is only an illusion created by some projection of our mind.

I notice when asking myself the question that if I look outside myself, I feel that I am in my mind. If I look or feel within myself, I am in my body.

I feel like "I" am in my head. This may be to some extent a brain-caused fiction, but my center of awareness and my thoughts seem to take place within my skull.

I was thinking about this a bit later. I wrote before I feel like I'm hovering above my body, centered in my heart, but when I thought about it a bit deeper I realised that my attention was actually in my head. And now I'm having trouble reconciling the two things, because I think before I was talking about energetically. But literally I'm inside my head.
Weird that. |

I was surprised too. And I didn't get it, but now I have and it's left me confused.
