"ground high vibrational energies into the physical"

Hi, I have a question. In the context of crystals metaphysical properties, and maybe not limited to that also, I often hear about this expression "grounding the high vibrational energies into the physical realm" and in a way I understand it, but in "English", what does it really mean?

Does it mean that it brings more power into manifestation? that all the good thoughts that seem to be coming from being in a high vibration state, can now be brought into the physical plane as in actually applying the wisdom? thank you in advance

You have to apply the wisdom but the crystals can hold the higher vibrational energy and give more power to do things.
