Need help on Aura cleanse

Hi all. I just tried to do a aura cleanse and as soon as I started my side was hurting and I had a tense pain in my throat. I was able to over come the pain and continue but when I got to my indigo and violet aura I was blocked. No matter how much I tried I couldn’t align them or cleanse them. I have been having problems contacting my guide and have felt a negative entity blocking me everytime I try to meditate or connect. Anyone know what this is or how t correct it? Thanks!

Get white sage and cleanse yourself with that.
Do it only when you feel empowered and strong and adamant that whatever negativity is stuck in your aura will go just because you will it too. Strong in that it is your aura and energy field and no one or nothing that has not been invited by you can be there nor stay there. So mote it be.
Something like that.
White sage is still one of the best options.
All the other things like violet flame depend on your own strength and abilities and if they're less than whatever is bothering you it won't do the trick.
Energy work is only as strong as the one performing it.
