What does it feel like when spirit energy touches you?

For me it depends on the energy of the spirit. I had one in my old house that was very menacing and he would breath down my neck so to speak when I finally had enough of it I very angrily declared to the air that it couldn't scare me and to give up already. I have had others run their energy through my hair very lovingly. I had one spirit get in my face the air turned arctic cold and I could see my breath. It was the middle of summer in Florida. Sometimes I get the static where my hair stands up, but usually I just get the spine shiver. Or tingling where they touch me. I pick up random emotions a lot to which is horrible at times.

i just had one spirit this past week in the medical facility I work in come up to me at my computer chair and start jiggling the back of the chair to get my attention. I knew they were there long before this happened but I try not to pay credence only because it happens very frequently where I work. So I try to turn it off. But this one came across like a demanding child wanting attention when you are preoccupied. Although I knew fully well it was an adult. Very strange experience.

I have actually felt warm hands which I did not expect. I also have felt a slight breeze by my ears or I would feel something go past me and leave a gush of air on my face. It really depends on the person and the spirit and what means they choose to connect.

What I believe to be spirit energy (when they are near me in the room) feels like mild tingling/ electricity. Once, during a conversation, someone said something meaningful to me, and I felt a spirit put a "hand" on my shoulder. I can't recall how it felt other than it was unmistakable. Very strong energy.

A couple of times I was "hugged" by a spirit and it just felt like warm, pure love going right through me.

I had a spirit touch me so hard it felt like I was being pushed only I was lying down. I'm working on feeling their energy so I guess maybe they get frustrated with me for not hearing them. When I've had Reiki, I had the feeling that someone was touching my head and felt the presence of hands where the practitioner wasn't there.
I feel my spirit guides on my face as tingly energy. I've also have felt the love of my spirit guides which was the most amazing thing I have ever felt.

Weirdly enough, I often sense a spirit's vibrations through texture, smell and hell, even taste sometimes. The thing about sensing energies through taste is that taste allows for the most subtle differences of energies to be noticed. We have so many words for visual and auditory things, but when it comes to taste, we often have a very limited language due to how subtle it is.

Haha, just don't taste negative spirits. It wasn't . . . it wasn't a pleasant experience for me.
