Visualisation to any realm
Hey y'all. So I've had a lot of lucid dreams/astral experiences and I'm recently getting back into it. I some times do the SSILD lucid dream technique paired with the MILD technique. There's been times where after WBTB I would visualise where I wanted to go and at some point my body would fall asleep as I'm doing the visualisation but I would stay aware and the visualisation would become real and I would be out of body. Has anyone else done this? We have the power to go anywhere in the multiverse just by visualising if until our body falls into R.E.M. Sleep and we go out of body. Amazing. Also any tips on how to visualise better while maintaining awareness but also letting the body fall asleep?

I don't think I have too much to offer, but I have had one experience of visualization which led to an Astral Projection. Most visualizations end up as Lucid Dreams.
Visualization though is an art, and it helps to learn how to do it while fully disconnecting from your body. Many times I start visualizing something intense and my eyes open or wince, which of course gets in the way of falling asleep.
But for Lucid Dreams, you want to focus more on the objects already there in your visual field, which are elements of your personal subconscious. For Astral Projection, it helps to visualize (softly) the contents of your room, the feeling of standing in a specific spot and the sight of the walls and doorways.
