I think in the late evening. First, you are alredy tired from a long day and the first exersice is to force yourself to train- it's a train for your spirit. Then, you force yourself for a good result, even if you are alredy tired. And then you just sleep like a baby...)))

Morning is the best part of the day. The body is relaxed, so this is a good time to wake it up, to get the energy for the day. You can do some relaxed exercises in the evening

Many beneficial exercises don't require any equipment - pushups, situps, burpees, planking etc, etc...

There are no magic shortcuts though. Results involve sweat and repetition.

An equally important ingredient though is eating, and time of day does make a difference there.

Best to have small meals and more of them - and preferably a light meal towards the end of the day - NOT a feast only a few hours before bed like most tend to have.
