I went to a meditation work shop. Apparently we meditated for 10 minutes, felt shorter then that.
I want to meditate more but I always have stuff on my mind.
What should I do to slow down these thoughts ?
Trying to learn.
I used to hear notices, static and voices before, then I had more children and it's never quiet enough anymore
